The coronavirus led many to the “quarantine 15” weight gain. Bad habits set in, and it’s time to break them!
One of the easiest things we CAN control is how we fuel our bodies. Next time you reach for a refill on soda/coffee/wine/beer, try substituting it with a glass of water. Or swap out a fruit or vegetable instead of the bag of chips.
One good choice at a time can have a compound effect on establishing healthy habits!
