Hearing loss can make the telephone difficult to use, because it can be really hard to understand what is being said!
Hearing aids should help with this.
Other options to help improve understanding when using the telephone are to use speakerphone (hearing with two ears is always better than hearing with just one!) and using a captioned telephone that provides a written transcript of what is being said.
How do you prefer to talk on the phone? Speaker or headphones?
